Résidence Vincennes

Development and construction of a luxury residential complex listed in the Brussels architectural heritage inventory.

The Vincennes Residence, with its detailed design and original architecture, forms an elegant and refined contrast with the other buildings. It was built as part of a mixed-use development combining luxury shops on the ground floor, offices on the first two floors and apartments on the upper floors.
The main entrance hall is spread over two levels and the space created has been landscaped by landscape architect J. Delogne.
