A living legacy
A family business founded in the late 1930s. The Herpain Group has developed around two core areas: construction within Herpain Entreprise and property development within Herpain Urbis. Fourth generation management. Stable governance. A shared vision: building for the long term.

Creation of the company ‘Louis Herpain Entreprises Générales’ by Louis Herpain (1st generation)
1946
Establishment of the construction company ‘Les entreprises générales Louis Herpain & Fils’, which later became ‘Herpain Entreprise’.
1951
Birth of the second generation with Robert Herpain and ‘Les Entreprises Herpain et Fils’.
1972
Establishment of the development company ‘Herpain Investissement’
1977
Creation of ‘Herpain Overseas’ for the development of projects abroad

Establishment of the development subsidiary ‘Herpain Urbis’
2024
Duhast acquires a 50% stake in Herpain Urbis SA to boost the development of diversified projects.
Art as a signature
The Herpain logo was created in collaboration with Victor Vasarely. Since then, art has guided our approach to architecture. A collection of some twenty works symbolises this passion for useful beauty.

The first phase, entitled Les Rives, consists of three attractive buildings, designed to blend harmoniously with each other and with the environment. With a total of 36 flats, the Les Rives project offers an intimate and exclusive living experience, where privacy and breathtaking views go hand in hand.

Development of a 22-unit building and 29 single-family homes
Statuaires
Demolition of the existing building and reconstruction of two buildings comprising a basement, a ground floor with offices and two residential floors.
Located in the prestigious Observatoire district in the centre of Uccle, the project involves demolishing an old villa adjoining an existing building and rebuilding two three-storey buildings containing flats on the upper floors and offices on the ground floor.
Flagey Nest
New residential project located in the trendy neighbourhood Place Flagey, close to Etangs d’Ixelles, with surfaces from 60 to 130 sqm.
