Development and construction of a luxury residential complex listed in the Brussels architectural heritage inventory.

Luxury building constructed on eight levels, the top floor of which is set back.
Fully glazed façades, punctuated horizontally by bands and continuous balconies as well as projecting terraces.
On the ground floor, facing Rue Belle-Vue, an aluminium grille designed by the artist Victor Vasarely blocks the view of the concierge's apartment. The entrance hall is enhanced by a water feature.
Towards Avenue du Général de Gaulle, the garden has been laid out on several different levels, with the upper part for the private use of the ground floor apartment.
